World Soccer Talk – Would a Team of Non-WC Players Win the World Cup?

I engaged in a bit of hypothetical thought last night and came up an outrageous scenario: what if a newly created nation gained entrance to the World Cup and could call up any player whose nation was not already in the World Cup. What would that team look like? How would it do? No surprise, but that team would have a TON of firepower and I think would advance pretty far.
